At Vale’s Beef Jerky, we are committed to delivering our premium beef jerky products as quickly and safely as possible. Please review the following shipping information before placing your order.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Processing time includes:

  • order verification

  • preparation and packaging

  • shipment scheduling

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping and Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected by the customer at checkout.

Typical delivery time after processing is:

4 to 6 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they depend on the shipping carrier and external conditions.

Shipping Carrier Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.

Vale’s Beef Jerky is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • shipping carrier issues

  • weather conditions

  • logistical delays

  • high shipping volume

  • unforeseen transportation disruptions.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Vale’s Beef Jerky is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order needs to be reshipped due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

Delivery Confirmation

Once the shipping carrier marks a package as delivered, Vale’s Beef Jerky is not responsible for:

  • lost or stolen packages

  • packages left unattended

  • delays in retrieving the package.

Customers should ensure someone is available to receive the package.
